I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 15 minutes past your appointment time will be considered a no show and you will be asked to reschedule. SERVICE CORRECTIONS - If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact me within 7 days after the service date and we will get you scheduled for a correction at your most convenient time. There will be no refunds on services. I am unable to offer any redo services or refunds for color corrections. PRODUCT RETURNS - If you are unhappy with a product 2 weeks after the purchase, there is a full refund or product exchange for the full value of your product. (Does not include hair extensions, hair brushes, or any hot tools)
